HDPE CORRUGATED PIPE

• Due to their flexibility, they are not adversely affected by ground movements such as earthquake, trafic load etc.
• Since corrugated pipes are joined by sleeve - elastomeric gasket connection method, it provides sealing at the pressure value (0.5 bar) specified in the relevant standards. In this way, it helps to protect nature as environmentally friendly.
• It is convenient due to its light weight and ease of joining (no heavy equipment is required for laying pipes up to DN300).
• The exterior surface is UV-added black colour and is not affected by sun rays.
• Resistant to temperature changes.
• The service life is quite long (minimum 50 years).
• Corrugated pipes provide convenience and economy in transport and handling due to their light weight. They can be placed inside each other for telescopic storage and transport.
• The fact that the inner surfaces are less rough than other materials provides laminar flow by reducing the friction surface of the fluid and also eliminates the risk of cross-sectional narrowing.
• Thanks to its impermeability feature, it prevents contamination of our underground water resources by the waste water inside.

In order for corrugated pipes and fittings to serve for many years without any problems, the filling process must be done well. If it is not done, collapse will occur over time in working systems. This will cause leaks both in the socket part of the sewer pipes and in the fittings.
